What is the point of the business banker assistant who does not answer calls, who does anwer emails?? One week of desperately trying to get something organised that can only be done with the help of our business banker and he simply igonores us, our emails, our messages, our request for assitance <span style="text-decoration: underline;"> What is the point of having a bank that is NOT THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM. </span></p>
