Business Banker not getting back to you

I submitted my details online for a business account and a very proficient call center agent gave me a call the next day. She then advised me that Standard Bank Business Banking Sandton (5th street branch and not the mall SBSA) will call me since I specified which branch is closer to me. The lady that called me from business banking (I think her name is Ashley, if I remember correctly) advised me that she will send me an email for me to have her contacts and she would call me the next day. She called from ********** .

It's been three weeks and still waiting for her to call me and whenever I call the number it just rings. My business has started operating and I need a business bank account to close other deals and I cant as I'm still waiting for her to call me.

Please help my business move forward as you sell that to us.
