Business banker failing us small companies

I had a business account with you, my business was not doing well in the past months and got closed. I'm a child support grant recipient, then my grants were stopped at SASSA. They asked me to get my business bank statement or letter confirming that my business account is closed. I went to Taung branch, they told me to contact my business banker, I did call the call centre, I was informed my business banker is Mr Zacharia Senak****, I did send him email on 30 September 2025, he never responded to my emails. I called the call centre many times, they sent him emails from their side, I even went to the branch, they sent him email but still nothing happened even just to inform me if he can or can't help me. Now I lost 4 months of payments for a child support grant. I'm struggling to feed my child and have to depend on my father. I believe Zacharia needs to pay me that money I lost due to his *********** .
