Business Bank Account Closure Nightmare

I would give zero stars if there was that option, I have been begging Standard Bank to close our business accounts since May 2024, we are at the end of September and every month there are charges on the account that needs to be settled. I have sent numerous emails, called Lelethu Mayatula several times and just absolutely nothing happens. I have tried to call the escalation number for Neo Moatshe and the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. What does a person have to do to get an account closed at this bank?!?! I am seriously fed up!
