Business Account Barred without consultation-Chiliza Holdings Pty ltd

<p>I have never been embarrassed like the way I was today, walked into a restaurant with my family, ordered the food I wanted worth R704 when paying the card declined, knowing that I have money in my account (Business Account) I then requested to go to a nearby ATM and same thing happened.</p> <p>Quickly I drove to Galleria Standard Bank (just think about kids that are left at a restaurant) spent an hour and was told that my account has been barred on the 25th of July 2016 due to a court order which I knew nothing about and unfortunately the person who stopped the functionality of my account did not bother notifying me or the other Director through a phone or email.</p> <p>The worst part is that I have issued some cheques to the service providers and now I to notify them not to deposit or cash the cheques.</p> <p>Who is so *********** to stop the functionality of the account and not notify the account owners?</p> <p>Where is that court order coming from because I have no unpaid contracts?</p> <p>Who has sent court order and why?</p> <p>While trying to resolve this problem who is going to be responsible for the expenses that I will incur?</p> <p> </p> <p>My character was defamed and someone will have to be responsible.</p> <p>1. The person who filed the court order.</p> <p>2. The person who stopped my account functionality.</p>
