Bunch of *******s.

Poor and pathetic service. They a bunch of *******s. They know nothing about disclosure. On application for a credit card i was advised that interest charge would be 10% surprise surprise i get statement and my interest charge is over 20% and they then charge me interest rate when its still within 55 days then am told oh no if you do an eft its a cash transaction therfore does not form part of the 55 days interest free. Absolutely ridiculous non of that was disclosed on application. I would never take up a credit card with an interest rate of 20% when i can get it at prime with my employer.
