BULL**** BANK - YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH STANDARD BANK

<p>Yesterday I recieved a call from one of Standard banks Call Center offering to sell me a credit card, the agent seemed to have all my details in front of her when she called me as she was confirming all the correct detaials. A few minutes after the phone call an amount of R5000 was then withdrawn from my account on line. I kater recieved a call from their ***** contact cneter to confirm the transaction I confirmed I was not the one who did this withdrawal. I do not understand how anyone gained access to transact on my Account online when I am not even registered for Online banking with SBSA. During my conversation ith the Online ***** Agent I then asked if the funds would be refunded into my account and when , as when I put my money in my Standard Bank account I should be assured that my money is safe , but clearly thats not the case here. I want to know if the funds will be refunded byt the bank and when??? My salary goes into this account how sure am I that this will never happen again???</p>
