Building loan first payment rejected

<p>First lets start with........ because the system said so.............WHAT DOES THAT MEAN???? Ok my story, we app**** for a loan ( all the required docs was submitted and attorneys was paid to assist) Then the loan was apporved. We were informed to submit a payment request form where the bank will do an site inspection and make payment. After 6 WORKING DAYS nobody contact us to inform us the first payment was cancelled. Now for what reason could this be...... I had to give them a call ( best self service I ever had and really hope wackhead simpson will play it on air. Was recorded for quility purposes hahahahaha) ok anywho, the reason was that we did not sumbit our apprpved building plans ( just a reminder this was one of the required docs for application of the loan??????) Also our real estate agent did submit the plans for us at the bank via email .so please quality standard bank, and before you tell me that I'm not FICA also.... What could we do? Because my system do not know anymore?????</p>
