Building loan a mortal fight

I have app**** for a building loan to build a house in Marloth Park in December 2016. First response said loan declined as Standard Bank would not benifit from the loan. I questioned the outcome and then I needed to supply a ITCSA certificate. When asked what this was the lady told me "I don't know maybe Google it and find out". It was then discovered although the application from the begining stated that it was a Brick home with a tiled roof (also in plans and on quote) the ITCSA certificate was needed for the building of a Log Home. Again explained verbaly and in writing that it is not a Log home but a brick home with a tiled roof. Sent in for arbitration with all the evidence that it is a Brick home. Still after 2 months the bank thinks it is a wooden home and not a Brick home. already had to amend the quote upwards with 10% due to time it is taking for me to get a building loan from Standard Bank. I have been a Standard Bank account holder for many years and was upgraded to a Professional Account with a private banker assigned. Wonder what else i need to do to get a Building loan for a BRICK AND MORTAR HOUSE WITH A TILED ROOF ????????????
