upon signing of the student load at the beginning of this month I asked you consultant in Westgate to issue me with a contract stipulating all terms and conditions of the student loan and the paperwork that stipulates the interest rate, instalment amount and first and last payment date of the interest my surety will be paying. The consultant advised me to come back a week later to get all the paperwork. When I visited your branch this weekend all they had was a proof of payment REALLY! I want the contract stipulating the above.
