broken promise

i phoned standard bank today 04.05.2015 to follw up on my refund on my home loan and found a very rude and unprofessional lady by the name of kgomotso Ndimande who kept me on the phone for more than 1 hour and came back and still gave me an attitude on the phone she has a terrible telephone manners and my query was simple about my refund but it ended up being about other things please this is terrible and its gonna cost the bank a lot of customers if she is still the face of standard bank
