Bring back my money

I did respond and sent my account number please may you let me know i am waiting for my money. You cant just dedact money without giving notice this is not fair now my children are not able to go to school cause i ahve no money i called and spoke to the agent and she was soo rude. please may i get the money back it is ***** to just go in a person account and take money without their knowledge you still had to communicate you are a big bank and we expect better service from you . i am hopping to get my money as soon as possible.
