Brilliant Service received from Lauren Solomon at Tyger manor

<p>Good Day, I would like to commend a brilliant prestige banker Lauren Solomon at Tyger Manor branch for her amazing service each time I visit the branch. I have been struggling for weeks with my cell phone app and Internet banking whereby I need to make my monthly payments to customers and could not do so but visiting her once she managed to sort out this matter the very same day! I must say that she has changed my banking experience as I was in the process of moving my accounts to another bank, there is no way of thanking this young lady because she saved me from losing clients which I had to pay. One thing I must say is that Lauren has assisted me with my business profile and she is actually my personal banker which puts the cherry on top. My business manager Juan Tomlinson is also very efficient as he assist me very professionally each time I visit him. I will not change my banks as I have faith in standard bank, I will refer all my business partners to Lauren and Juan as they are an true asset to Standard Bank. Well Done keep it up!!! Mr Van Zyl
