Brilliant service from consultant

I called the call centre number for a query on my current bond with standard bank and my call was answered by Gertse, Santana Lucinda ST she was extremely helpful she also took it a step further by following up with my query to make sure I was assisted .She is an asset to the company and I hope std bank is able to replicate this great service by teaching it to the other agents ....if that can be done than no other bank would be able to compete
