Brilliant Prestige Banker

I would just like to give a thumbs up to my Prestige Banker, Catherine Mashego from the Boksburg branch. I went to renew my debit cards and by mistake my cigarettes fell out my pocket and was left there. I called her and she managed to find them and said I can collect them the next day which I did. Although this is something trivial, it is small things like this that makes a person feel appreciated as a customer. This is what service should be like and going the extra mile as a service provider. Keep up the good work.
