Bridge of promise

I always meet my criteria to qualify for fuel double reward. 1.i buy montly at makro for more than 500 on mrewards 2.i only fill up at caltex 3.i have more than 3 standard bank products 4.i m on tier 5 I was never rewarded a double Reward on fuel of R10 per liter on credit card. I read terms and conditions and as per my understanding is that you get R10 a litre if you meet the above criteria. Meaning if you buy 48 litres then you will get 480 back.to me that has never happened
