breach of information by the bank Standard bank and no response....

I wrote a compliant about Standard Bank about the Breach of information and I am still waiting for the response. Standard Bank consultant has given out my policy information to a third party. I need to know who is the consultant that works without the banks eithic's. I am very angry for the poor service and not coming back to me. Before I even wrote to hello peter I did call Standard Bank and I did not receive any assistance. I want to know how could you give out the information without my concern, its not like I am dead and there is a letter of authority from court. Client confidentiality with the bank, where is it. We are no-long safe if the bank's are giving out our information. What's worse is that the person they give my policy information doesnt have any authority on anything that I have. This needs to be dealt with. If you are taking this matter lightly, how many home's are Standard Bank breaking... Am anyone can just go inside the bank and request anyone's information and gladly they will be given..........
