Breach of giving my details without consent

I had enquired about vehicle Finance which was later approved. Whilst negotiating interest rate, I had 2 calls from tele 2 different consultants wanting to offer me insurance. Issue here is that I did not give consent for my details to be given out. I did report it to managers concerned via e-mail and guess what, as I thought....\they shifted the buck / they didn't even bother to come back to me"......despite my persistence in them getting to the bottom of this. So guess what......do not take it for granted that this bank has your security at its highest level"
