Breach of Confidentially / ***** I received an email on Friday afternoon stating that a facility has been approved on my bond account, from a Lillian Varatharajalu Query nr ********** 250, I then phoned in and was advised that a women called in on 6 April 2018 at 16:25pm requesting the facility to be loaded - impersonating me with all my information - how did this happen -how secure is the security question which is there for account protection.
I was assisted by a very helpful girl Shai with Ref: ********** 453.
I want a copy of this call which was made, I want to know who is impersonating me as I will take legal action and should it be a staff member I want the bank to take the relevant actions against the individual
I want this investigated with immediate effect.
