Breach of bank customer contract with client

I went to the bank on the 15th December 2015 to query the balance on my home loan account. The bank consultant drew a statement on my home loan account and found that bond cancellation figures were requested on the 9th December 2015 by certain attorneys named Konoes & Associates Attorneys and that the transferring attorneys are Hirschowitz & Flionis attorneys.After having learnt about this, I contacted the home loans division on the 15th December 2015 advising them that I did not authorize the request for cancellation figures by Kones & Associates attorneys and that these attorneys are unknown to me. The bank has said that they will get back to me by the 21st December 2015 to investigate the matter however I am deeply displeased with this and very puzzled as to how this could happen without being informed. I am now considering switching all my accounts to another bank even though I have been with this bank for many years.<br>
