Breach of arrangement made

I have term loan and had financial constraints and app**** for payment holiday in March 2020 bt never received any response and May 2020 missed my installment, a consultant called and we agreed that for June 2020 will be paying normal installment inclusive of additional R800, payable for 6months but to my surprise 2 full installments were debited on my salary which left me with other unpaid debts and unpaid fees. Tried engaging the bank for reversal but I'm just been sent from pillar to post I was told of 3days turnaround time but nothing has happened.
