Brand new car Registered as used by Standard Bank.

I have just managed to settle and pay off my Vehicle finance account with Standard Bank vehicle & Asset Finance. Upon receipt of my Natis/RC1 document, i noted that the vehicle status is tegistered as used when I purchased this car brand new. There is not even a date of test on my vehicle licence. I need Standard bank to advise why I have a "supposed brand new vehicle registered as. "Used" on the Natis document when there was no transfer of ownership since I purchased the vehicle brand new. The Natis doc ahould reflect as "New/Nuut".
