I would like to lodge a complaint about standard bank branch services

Your system are always slow, long quees and shortage of staff

Reconsider opening more branches that were closed because are not mobile as well

It requires us to go to the branches and when I have a new born baby she forever cried whn I'm at your branches

People are complaining but you not considering our complaints
