Branch Fees and Blocked Card

TODAY i really hate Standard Bank, this morning i went to the bank for change for our business. All off a sudden they want to charge me R300.00 to get changes. They dont start small with these new fees, it also do not get charged to the account they want it cash. The next thing is i use my card for R33.00 at a coffee shop i manage, i use it their alot, but the card gets blocked due to suspicious activity. No warning no message or call just block the card. This is not the first time my card was block due to this reason. i really think you system is in poor taste, you are loosing customers fast
