Branch failed to reverse a debit order

<p>Went to standard bank west end branch to reverse a debit order on Thursday until today there is nothing when I call the call centre it doesn't show that it was reversed after wasting an hour of my time and calling I'm told stories that they Dont know what happened. I've had enough of the terrible service that this **** of a bank gives it's customers </p>
