bought a house in auction from standard bank, cancelled the deal after signing all the documents and even the bond. not yet refunded my deposit after 6 months.

<p>bought a house at auction by standard bank. paid 10%deposit and sheriff's commission on the same day and signed the sale agreement. paid all the fees including muncipal arrears to the attorneys account. obtained loan from the same bank with in the stipulated 21 days. signed the bond agreement and paid bond attorneys fees. was waiting for the lawyer to prepare the transfer of the property. then I recceived a letter from the attorney saying they got instruction from standardbank instructing them not to proceed with the transfer. I contacted many people from standard bank and some of the parties do not wanted to refund my money including 10% deposit for the house.</p>
