Booking.com service is bad

Hi i decided to take a vacation to turkey. So i was looking for a hotel on booking.com. Found the hotel i liked. And decided to book. The pay later option was not working. So i decided to pay now. I was directed to use paypal as all other options were not working, i paid via PAYPAL, as soon as I paid. The website reverted to say sumthing wrong. And to book again. I have no booking confirmation nothing. My account was deducted R7224. 64. My bank says i need to wait 10 days.. Standard bank of south africa. The hotel in turkey is the MARIUS HOTEL, I GOT NO HELP FROM THEM AS WELL
