Bond removal from credit report

A call was logged in July to remove a previous bond from my credit report. This was not done, despite the fact that Standard Bank send a confirmation letter of removal from surety on bond in May 2017. This bond keeps on coming up on my credit report and is affecting my affordability. Standard Bank does not keep to timelines confirmed and does not provide feedback unless I follow up. This is taking too long and is causing a lot of frustration. The last email I received was on 9/10/2018 from ********** and this was to communicate that an outcome will be confirmed within 24-48 hours and I have since not received any communication despite my email sent 15/10/2018 to find out what is happening.

Standard Bank's reply for everything is "We have escalated" and then you do not get feedback after this, unless you follow up and to which they will respond, we will escalate this. The service I have been experiencing especially in the Home loans division, is beyond pathetic. My new bond was registered on 19/10/2018 and already I am looking to transfer to another bank. 17 Years as loyal client, you just disappoint and frustrate, interaction upon interaction. PATHETIC!
