bond registration delayed

my second bond application was approved and attorneys allocated on the 22nd of January 2015 yet the bank is delaying the registration process by not sending the instruction to register to the attorneys and i'm negatively impacted by this delay as i've projects awaiting completion. If it takes months for this bank to register a bond please advise of a bank with better services. i've been calling the call center almost every two days but to be told the instruction will be sent tomorrow and i'm already aware that each day has a tomorrow. if this calls for my second bond to be withdrawn ..let it be.
