We sold our house and the buyer submitted his guarantees. Our house is bonded with Standard Bank and paid off about 15years ago. Before we can proceed with the transfer we need settlement figures from the bank after numerous meetings and correspondence NOBODY is able to assist us in this matter. Another even head office knows their own systems, we personally think it's as a result of lack in incompetence...
