Bond Loan taking 5 months and still waiting

Good day<br> <br> I've been trying to get a bond loan through for the past 5 months already at Standard Bank and I'm still waiting.<br> First excuse was they've lost all my application papers then I gathered all the info again and send it through then waited.<br> <br> When nothing happened I went to the branch and they told me no the application was stopped and that I told them to cancel it, I asked them for proof where I've asked them to cancel the application they could not give me any proof so I said please continue with the application. <br> <br> So after a few emails to Bradford Wentzel at Standerdbank nothing is happening, all he does is asking Masilo Moila how far he is. Passing the buck no one answers.<br> <br> Today I went to the Tyger Manor branch and the lady there told me that nothing is happening with the application and if I can give her my application papers again.<br> <br> I'm so frustrated at this moment and need this to be sorted out immediately.<br>
