4 emails<br> Several phone calls<br> Failed procurement process<br> Contractors not delivering on behalf on the bond insurance company<br> And meanwhile my roof carries on leaking and getting worse with each storm<br> Despite my complaints to the call Centre, no response<br> And this is on my bond insurance<br> Crazy<br> I'm getting ready to change providers
