Bond Fix Rate cannot be directly contacted
Good day Management, my Cell number is ***, I have a Mortgage shy of R1mil with the Largest bank in Africa. I am not treated like someone who matters in these tough economic times having a Fixed Rate on a Bond that Expires today is a life-and-death situation. For context since the beginning of December 2024 without success. I updated my cell number from the 083 I've not used for over 15 years. I did this at Carlton Center Branch and the bank still uses it to attempt to contact me. My ***
