Bond decline from the bank that i'm working for.

Hi i settled the personal loan account with Standard bank on 07 August 2018 and was listed on default by 30 August 2018, submitted the paid up letter to their service provider and was given a reference for my qery ********** 747 and was told to expect feedback on the 30 October 2018. Now my bond has been declined because of the default that is still not remove on my credit profile, i am so heart broken that i tried my best to do the right thing as a client, was transferred from pillar to post and nothing has been made up until this day.
