Bond application takes weeks to get a letter for decline

<p>App**** for a bond on 16 March 2016. Got feedback that supporting docs are needed. Submited the docs on 20th March. <br />Sent numerous emails to Rebecca Mareme ********** for feedback. Phoned her on 28 March for feedback and was told application declined. I am still waiting for the letter confirming the reason of decline. Pathetic service!</p>
