Bond application denied due to internal fault

Buying a new spot , I app**** for a bond . I was denied a bond because I had a outstanding credit card with STANDARD BANK . Which I closed two years ago . All the banks denied my bond application due to my bad credit history with standard bank . Once speaking to my banker of two years ago , countless phone calls ,e-mails ,and my time .STANDARD BANK came back that there was a internal fault on the closing of the card . But hey we really sorry . We will get your credit record restored , that's great I still have been denied for a bond because of your incompetence .STANDARD BANK -MOVING FORWARD -GUESS WHAT I AM MOVING NOWHERE .
