BOND APPLICATION DECLINED

<p>my name is Mandla Mabasa, my agent sent through a bond application valued at R495 000 and the gross requirement for the was R14000 combined or single. my salary is R14000 before coomission and wit commision is +-R19000 pm, i did check my credit report with trans union and i only had 1 defaullt which was challenged and supporting dics were also sent to standard bank. after all being a loyal client to them. i also have an existing personal loan with them for R30 000 and balance to date is R298.00. my only monthly expense is only R5500 pm. it seems very impossible that with a profile like mine can be denied finance. i considered standard bank as a source of help to our troubles and it just seems like i am totally wrong. i would to have clarity with my application and if whether my application was autmated machine assessed or it was deligently attended. i am very disappointed. what the use to build a relationship with a bank which is not willing to go extra mile for their client? i do believe there are other banks which can dearly do better.</p>
