Bond ***

We have a bond with standard bank which was taken out in 1999 and ended last year. In 2015 I went with my ex wife to the bank we paid up the bond and we informed them consulted that I will be buying her out and she wrote a letter that had Standard bank heading on and made a affidavit stating under outh that she would like to be removed from the bond and I have bought her out. Then my bond was never closed and no title dead was issued. Then it happened that my insurance was accumulating and to a point were it reached R45000. I went to the bank trying to make arrangements but I get no assistance. Last year I emailed you letter and bank statement of how I will mk monthly payments and I got an email from prelegal Department but they never got back to me. I am a sick have stroke, heart problems high blood pressure and diabetic it is not good for me to be doing up and down
