Boksburg north Standard Bank Forex

First I wanted to do Top up on a Travel Wallet, I was told I should go to the branch were I got the the cards from to do top up there because they cannot do it for me, I had to travel 40KM to get this done.<br> Yesterday I went to the same branch (Borksburg North @ norhrand road) to exchange the cards to get the money transfer to my Standard Bank acoount, she also told me to go to my branch where I got the cards from.<br> To my knowledge I thought all Standard Bank branches are the same, she also mentioned that my account has been frozen mean while I can do transaction on my account currently I also made withdrawal from the same account.<br> I will never use that branch again and warning other people not to do so, as the staff attitude is very very bad<br> Standard Bank should address this before everyone else complain.
