Bluebin credid card

I settled my bluebin credit card in January this year and I was under the impression that the account was closed because I paid in full and I never received monthly statements from then . Six month later am now been called by creditors claiming that I owe standard bank bluebin credit card money and all of a sudden my account has been handed to the attorneys. I then went to standard bank branch in Lambton on 21/07/2017 and they made several calls to bluebin department and bluebin agencies kempt promising that I will receive a call, and they never called . I've been to Lambton standard bank for more that 4 times and still no help. On the 08 /07/2017 KATLEGO from bluebin promised that they will reverse the money that I owe and the account will officially be closed. The attorneys are calling everyday every hour demanding a payment. This is very frustrating and am very disappointed at bluebin standard bank because to date I have never received a call from them nor a message.
