BLUE DEBIT MASTERCARD NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I opened a savings bank account with standard bank not so long ago but i've been experiencing lot of trouble with their light blue debit mastercard, the card does not work in some ATMS, some apps like uber, Taxify, uber eats and so forth do not accept the card. Its very risky having this card, at some point i wanted to withdraw taxi fare money from ABSA ATM as there was no standard bank ATM nearby but i couldnt, i had to ask someone to help. Can you please either replace these cards or make a better version of them next time. Whether you were trying to cut costs by producing this light card but its terrible. I luv and support standard bank but please guys do something about these cards.
