Blue Bean card paid in 2014, now loading Adverses and demanding Payment???

<p>I previously had a Blue Bean credit card, I was paying such a high interest rate that I closed and paid up the card in October 2014. All was going well until 2 months ago where Standard Bank put an Adverse on my credit Bureau, Not only that, they are saying I owe R5390 and this is my instalment due????I have both paid up and closure letters yet this is happening 2 years later. I've escalated this to nearly every department yet no one knows how to assist? Just shows that no one is taking client service seriously and client credit profiles means nothing to the ban****! I want this rectified Standard Ban****</p>
