Blue bank definitely failing it's people.

Having to wait over an hour in a line with less than 20 people. Standing in one spot for 30+ minutes then being told that the bank is working at full capacity and there is nothing that can be done. Service delivery at the festival mall branch in Kempton Park is ********** to say the least. Maybe it's time to leave the blue bank.
