Blocking my card without calling

I am so disappointed with Standard Bank, I am in my village and my app is not working call center is telling me to go to the bank, which is 84 kilometers away from, so now the little money i have in my account I must use it for Petrol, oh yes on top of that, how will I put money in my account because the card has been blocked.... i have little money in my account now I must used to resolve something which was not cause my me, not my fault
