Blocking Me From Moving On

Last year i was retrenched so was unemployed for months but still making a plan to pay what i owed. In April 2015 i settled my standard bank loan and credit card (over R30 000) and requested for settlement letters. it is now August (4 months later) and i still haven't received my settled letter for my credit card that it has been closed. Instead i go try apply for vehicle finance and i'm told that i have an outstanding judgement from standard bank that i am a bad payer and haven't paid for my credit card. I call standard bank who inform me that they are unaware that it has been settled and send me through to their attorneys who say that they have informed standard bank and they should have sent me my settlement letters. I head over to the branch and spend almost 2hours being bounced around from different branches / attorneys / Reference numbers / People only to be told that it will take another 7 - 21 days to receive my settled letter and then ANOTHER 21 days to update ITC. I need this handled ASAP please as i cannot wait that long if i have already waited 4 MONTHS!!! I paid what i owed... why string me along when i just want to settle things, isnt that what you guys want?
