Blocked/ Frozen Bank Account

My Standard Bank Account was blocked on the 5th of August 2025. I wrote to the bank the very same day and submitted the necessary documents they'd requested inorder to reinstate my account and have been writing , pleading every single day till today, no one bothers to respond. I wrote to ******** and Transactional******** . I use this account to receive the grant for my kids and it is still blocked, my kids have no food as I am unable to access the funds from the grant. Standard Bank is cruel and what they are doing is inhumanity. Banely Salome and Frilick Varone are investigators in this account and none of them has contacted me to at least provide me with feedback and unblock my account.
