Blocked Cards

<p>I have lost my job for 10 months, but back at work for the past 3 Months. I was keeping my account active. But now my cards are blocked and have to carry cash everytime. I cant swipe but i can only withdraw. I have spoken to my branch and customer complain but they have also fail to assist me. Customer compalin consultant told me that there is nothing they can do. I can just move to another bank that can assist me. I have been having this account for the past 20 years. I have everything with Standard Bank but now i have to move.</p>
