Blocked card

What nonsense is this? I've been waiting for almost a month to get my blocked account issue solved.. i was told to email transactional******** which i did and i get no response.. your service is very poor and your competitors are doing a very good job.. tgis is disgusting i can't rely on standard bank, u blocked my account and blocked another account aswell for what reason? When i try to fiz the issue u ghost me.. mxm nonsense
