Blocked app but Standard bank agent

I just had it with Standard bank's pathetic service. two months ago an un authorized payment went off on my credit card and I phone the number provided to stop it. Now my App is blocked I can see my cards or any transactions or make payments. I keep on phoning for the past 2 moths and but the call centre agents keepon dropping my calls and no one is returning it if i leave messages . i spoken to a Mara since my call dropped she never bothered to call back, yesterday i spoke to a Lerato and i'm since waiting for management to call me back, why is my app blocks why cant they reopen it i'm not going to a Branch because they messed up.
