Blocked account

Im an existing standard bank customer of which i hate it now. My account was blocked its been a whole month now. I called the bank and they said my account was reported by the capitec client that i ****med her. I explained to the ***** department that i sold hairpiece for her then i realized that i was out of stock and told her to wait a bit. She said she will go to the bank and i didnt stop her. She reported and they blocked my account. I called the ***** department and they said i must talk tk her so that she must call the bank to remove a block so that i can pay her. I spoke to her she refused.i then got cash and paid her on the 4th of August and i emailed the proof of payment. I was advised to go and do an affidavit at the police station. I went and did. I was told to email the affidavit and the proof of payi did but nothing happened. Everytime i send an email im told and investigator will contact me . But nothing. Now im being treated like a ********. Its her word against mine, even after i paid her. If i was a ******** why didnt you reverse her money back from my account and pay her.
